Development

For some designs it is essential for bespoke tooling to be fabricated to enable the successful production of some products.

We are passionate about quality

We have the expertise to manufacture tooling in-house which offers our customers savings in both cost and time.

Prototyping

Before we launch commence any project and create any new parts, we ensure the design both correct and will be robustly engineered. Only then, do we manufacture a single, finished part to verify the final product is true to the design. At all stages the client is informed, their approval sought and therefore costly mistakes are avoided.

Action Protocols:

  • Manufacture a one-off part or assembly
  • Amend the shop-floor planning where required
  • Create jigs and fixtures for ease of manufacture and repeatability
